You must have a large taper crank to run this flywheel.  It is a flex plate flywheel, the best design wheel Mercury made.  The ratchet works with either cowl pictured, cowls not included.  It has the charging magnet so if you want to run a charging system you can.  Very nice way to make your 4 cylinder Mark motor electric & manual start.
