Large taper, 59 teeth, requires a 10 tooth starter drive gear.  No charging magnets so it will turn up more RPM'S on "H" motors.  Works with either cowl pictured.  NOTE:  Sometimes shims, (washers) are required under ratchet mounting screws for proper alignment to sheave dogs.  Also, ARCO Starts have a 10 tooth starter for this flywheel.  However it is a permanent magnet type starter.   Which means no mounting holes for a solenoid but a hose clamp will work.
