Not sure of the year.  The number on the gas tank is A117659.  Has strong spark and looks like a new coil wire.  Has decent compression.  Gas tank is clean inside.  Forward and reverse on steering handle.  It is missing the crank knob on the flywheel, former owner put a rope sheave on it.  One thumb screw pad is damaged and won't stay on.  Some parts have been repainted.  Never had it running.  Engine stand not included.
