MK55 leg on a Merc 500 clamp assembly.  Now you can use a modern rotary steering system.  Lower cowl is the manual start type.  Top cowl has threaded holes for electric choke.  Front cover is MK30 type.  Wrap-a-round is the painted stainless type.  Parts have been repainted.  New parts:  (2) upper mounts, (2) U cups, (2) rear housing caps, reverse push rod, (4) front cowl bumpers& (2) thumb screws and pads.  The block is junk, it is just there to hold everything together.  If interested please ask questions.
